This is a slightly broad topic, as it could easily contain almost all employment law issues. However, we have restricted it those general rights which all employees should enjoy at work, such as:

  • Annual leave

  • Minimum wage

They are not situations that arise such as discrimination or redundancy, these are FAQs regarding basic rights which should be enjoyed from day one in your place of employment.
