Triage Call Handler


Caven, an entrepreneurial business unit of Thomson Reuters, is a fast-growing, business that uses the internet to generate clients looking for legal advice and introduces them to our panel of 5,000 solicitors across the UK.

We are looking for full-time, permanent Call Handlers to field inbound calls from clients looking for legal advice and refer them to one of our Case Handlers.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have excellent communication skills over the phone and email
  • Must be organised and able to work efficiently
  • Must have a professional approach and able to speak to people at all levels
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Preferred experience/skills:

  • Phone based customer service work, telesales or call centre.
  • Working towards set targets in a busy environment
  • Language fluencies are an advantage but not essential
