Account Manager - Spanish speaker position

 

We are looking for an Account Manager, fluent in English and Spanish, to successfully manage, maintain and retain our client-base of law firms within the Spanish market. The focus of this role will be building strong and lasting relationships with existing clients, monitoring account performance and troubleshooting in order to retain and develop these accounts.

While experience in account management is highly advantageous, though we also value experience in client care and after sales with a flair for building rapport coupled with a tenacious, focused and determined attitude.

Experience & profile:

  • Native/ 100% fluent in Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 2 years experience of handling commercial B2B client accounts
  • Ability to build positive relationships, facilitating account development & up-selling
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding expectation and targets
  • Highly competent in negotiation and objection handling
  • Highly organized and skilled in multitasking
  • Naturally analytical and solution focused
  • Clear communicator with professional charisma & ability to think on your feet

Additionally beneficial:

  • Experience of dealing with senior professionals 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the legal sector
  • Other language fluencies would be beneficial but are not essential, namely French & German
