Vitally important in the area of family law is the alternative dispute resolution method of collaboration and mediation. Not everything needs to be settled using the courts system – many disputes stand a much better chance of being successfully resolved by using an arbitrator.

Of course it isn’t always applicable to your matter, but it is important to understand that there is an option.
