Caselist - helpful hints and tips


These are a few helpful hints and tips to ensure that you have a trouble-free experience when providing your update.
  • Use the “Internal Client/Case Reference Number” as it can assist you in referencing your client's file.
  • Update and approve each client before moving on to updating the next client.
  • Check that all clients have been approved before submitting your updates.
  • There is no need to enter a currency symbol (£, €) in the latest billings column, the system already accommodates this.
  • Use the “Additional comments” field to pass on any relevant information. Please remember to date your comments.
